Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced PC Technician Level 2 to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware. Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support for desktop environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and repair techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
