Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced PC Technician Level 2 to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and drivers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems.
• Set up and configure new computer systems and perform data migrations.
• Perform system upgrades and patches as required.
• Respond to service requests and tickets in a timely manner, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all hardware and software inventory.
• Collaborate with team members and other IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide end-user training and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support for desktop environments.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office suite.

Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and repair techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
