Laidig Systems, Inc. is actively seeking and interviewing candidates for the position of Customer Service Coordinator. Someone who is bilingual in English/Spanish (or any other language) is highly preferred for the position. The Customer Service Coordinator will report to the Customer Service Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day customer service activities which include, but are not limited to: fielding phone calls from customers; problem solving; responding to emails; processing and tracking of parts orders; and working with other departments in the company to achieve daily tasks.

The Customer Service Coordinator needs to have the following qualifications:

• Exhibit professionalism, honesty, and integrity in all aspects of work
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Be able to multi-task and effectively manage multiple priorities
• Have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience in this area is strongly recommended; but not required
• Have the temperament and personality to work well with a team
• Have exceptional critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
• Be competent in computer applications including Word and Excel
• Be able to coordinate after-hour parts shipments as required
• Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience preferred
• Exhibit cross-cultural sensitivity
• Some off-site training may be required
