Laidig Systems, Inc. is actively seeking and interviewing candidates for the position of Customer Service Coordinator. Someone who is bilingual in English/Spanish (or any other language) is highly preferred for the position. We are looking for a high energy, positive, and self-directed individual that can effectively demonstrate the characteristics necessary to help create an atmosphere of trust and influence to help further develop the most productive and collaborative team possible.
The ideal candidate for this position would possess a positive attitude and leadership qualities, with a commitment to serve others.
The Customer Service Coordinator will report to the Customer Service Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day customer service activities which include, but are not limited to: fielding phone calls from customers; problem solving; responding to emails; processing and tracking of parts orders; and working with other departments in the company to achieve daily tasks.
The Customer Service Coordinator needs to have the following qualifications:
