Overall Purpose of the Job
The CRM and Sales Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the success and efficiency of our sales teams within our B2B environment. With a focus on indirect sales, this position is crucial for supporting our sales personnel in achieving their goals and driving revenue growth. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, plans, and processes to equip our sales team with the necessary knowledge, tools, and support to excel in their roles. The role involves working within an advanced digital workplace and sales ecosystem, requiring a proactive approach to drive adoption and maximize effectiveness.
Key Activities and Accountabilities
Administer our sales, customer success management systems and platforms, including Salesforce, Domo, Xait Porter and Various Integrated Tools.
Streamline operational efficiency by automating processes and overseeing data management initiatives.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and commercial teams to manage and make sure our systems and processes are working correctly.
Identify and prioritize sales enablement initiatives in alignment with sales stakeholders.
Communicate and champion the enablement strategy across the organization.
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and regional product teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Deliver effective onboarding and training programs for sales representatives within the region.
Coordinate the development of educational content for ongoing training, including learning materials, resources, and content.
Facilitate the creation of sales-focused content in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Solicit, analyze, and act on feedback to continuously enhance the effectiveness of sales enablement efforts.
Utilize performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team.
Provide support for sales enablement software to ensure accessibility and functionality align with sales force needs.
Measure the overall business impact of sales enablement services and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, reporting any violations or conflicts of interest.
Adhere to Quality policies, procedures, and processes, identifying and reporting any deficiencies.
Maintain compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, promoting awareness and personal accountability for safety.
Meet objectives outlined in the Employee Development Plan.
Fulfill other duties as assigned.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with sales environment, including sales processes, content, tools, software, and training.
Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM knowledge
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
Collaborative team player with cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Innovative mindset with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
