Labor Finders is Hiring a BiLingual Sous Chef and Line Cooks Near Clearwater, FL
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run the day to day operation of the assigned station in the kitchen
- Communicate with the Chefs regarding menu items, problem situations or shortages
- Work closely with standard Spanish recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation
- Store items properly at the end of the shift
- Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
- Maintain a good working relationship with other employees
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management
- 2-3 years experience as a line cook
- Strong team working and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Experience working a professional, chef driven kitchen
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Experience working saute, grill, broiler, etc
