  • Position: Staffing Coordinator
  • Hours: Full-Time
  • Workdays: Monday-Friday with occasional work on weekends
  • Pay: $15.00-$17.50 Hour
  • Start Date: ASAP

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist with temporary worker sourcing/recruiting/pre-screening/processing/onboarding and management of our temporary workforce.
  • Perform clerical tasks to include, but not limited to, typing, copying, filing, emailing, faxing, preparing reports, answering phones, and inventory.
  • Dispatch workers daily to provide the best work opportunities for candidates and the best skill match for clients.
  • Multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Communicate in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Follow the direction of the Branch Manager and perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • 1 year of office/clerical experience.
  • Pass a Pre-Employment Background Screen
  • Valid driver's license
  • Business professional attitude with extraordinary customer service skills.
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette, written/verbal interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Passion for interacting with people, meeting daily challenges, and solving problems.
  • Moderate level of computer proficiency, including MS Word and Excel, Outlook, and Data Entry
  • E-Verify will be used for employment authorization purposes.
