Labor Finders in Sherwood is immediately looking to hire a METAL SHEAR OPERATOR / FABRICATOR with experience reading a tape measure for an area manufacturing facility that has immediate & long-term openings.

• Position: Shear Operator (Metal Fabricator)
• Location: North Little Rock Area
• Start Date: Immediately
• Pay: $14.00/Hour
• Length: Temp-To-Hire Opportunity
• Days: Mon -Fri
• Shift / Hours: 7:30a-4:30p

Job Overview: Duties include but are not limited to, shearing panels for trim, pulling & labeling orders for pickup, helping to load & unload trucks, cutting down panels as needed, putting up stock, and other related duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Previous experience as a shear operator, metal fabricator or with similar work, is a plus.
• Reading a tape measure to the 1/16 is critical.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Excellent math skills is a plus.
• Experience driving a Forklift is a plus.
• Additional requirements and/or screening may apply.
