Job Summary:

Label Productions is looking for a motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our team. The core responsibilities will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing orders, and providing a positive customer experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services

· Maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor with every customer interaction

· Processes customer orders accurately and timely

· Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns

· Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, comments, or feedback

· Performs general office duties such as filing, organizing, light cleaning, and other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Strong verbal & written communication skills including active listening

· Excellent attention to details and well organized

· Great problem-solving skills

· Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Previous customer service experience highly preferred

· High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

The work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm and the pay is $20 per hour. Benefits are offered at 60 days of employment, which include sick pay, paid vacation, and 401k with a 4% company match.
