Weare looking for a Chat Service Representative to work within ourCustomer Care department providing legendary support for ourecommerce and client service.
The ideal candidate will have emailchat and phone customer service experience and be technology savvy.Qualified candidates will be highly independent but also be able towork in a collaborative teamenvironment.
Responsibilities :
Answersincoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issuesservice questions and general clientconcerns
Evaluatecustomer interactions and elevate issues to Online Chat Managerwhenappropriate
Creterelationships with new customers to better understand and achievetheirneeds
Respondto the customer questions inquiries requests and problemsaccurately concisely andappropriately
Continuallyportray and project a positive and professionalimage.
Provideadministrative support to the customer serviceteam
