We are looking for a Design Assistant to help designers conduct house calls with clients and sales staff, to develop floor plans and conduct store presentations. Qualifications:

· Demonstrates a high level of creativity

· Design degree required or currently enrolled in a design degree

· Able to work varied shifts, hours, and days.

· Ability to develop a rapport with clients and maintain working relationships.

· Highly productive with minimal guidance.

· Must be proficient in using AutoCAD

· Must be proficient in using PowerPoint

· Familiarity with Photoshop or other Image manipulation software

Position Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the In-Home Design program.

· Achieve personal sales/design goals.

· Utilize the In-House Design Program to create sales.

· Ensure each customer has an informative and positive experience through excellent customer service skills, professional product knowledge, and design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
