Career Development – ICE Mentor:
ICE interns are paired with more experienced staff members in order to provide guidance and support throughout the internship process. We foster collaborative learning environment where interaction with our dedicated team of engineers encourages students to develop ideas and make mistakes. Collaborative learning also involves learning from peers and fellow interns. The primary goal of the internship is to gain as much infrastructure design experience as possible. While an intern may not have major tasks assigned to them, they should pay close attention to all the steps that go into completing the project. At the end of the internship, the intern should be confident to individually manage project tasks and work independently. ICE’s dedicated recruiting team will assist the intern with full-time employment opportunities, once they are ready to graduate.
Expected Hours of Work:
The internship offers a structured work schedule of up to 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to change).
