La Villa Venue is Hiring a Bartender Near Houston, TX
La Villa Venue in Houston, TX is looking for a Bilingual Bartender to join our team. We are located on 5020 Cypress Creek Pkwy. Our ideal candidate is punctual and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- *Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages. *Interact with guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. *Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations. *Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. *Plan and present specialty bar menu and cocktails. *Check IDs and confirm guests are of legal drinking age. *Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. *Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. *Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Qualifications
- *MUST be fluent in English and Spanish. *Working weekends is required. *Proven working experience as a bartender. *Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks. *Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. *Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean. *Relevant training certificates.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
