**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional experiences for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment - Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of math for measuring ingredients and handling transactions - Familiarity with food service procedures and standards - Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions - Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor - Understanding of food safety guidelines and regulations - Proficiency in food handling practices - Hospitality-oriented mindset with a willingness to help team members - Experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous - Competency in cash handling procedures Join our team as a Bartender and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our valued customers.
