Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth. You will oversee the sales team, manage key accounts, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, business development, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
- Manage and lead the sales team to meet sales targets and goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and set goals
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review

Qualifications:
