Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business objectives of several small businesses.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with purchasing & logistics to support shipping and receiving of goods.
• Research and continually monitor domestic and international corporate structures, financial regulations, and global logistics capabilities
• Identify, recommend, and implement initiatives to continuously improve business operations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree
• 2 years of professional experience
• Exhibit positive and professional demeanor and ability to work well with a small team is required
• Exercise ability to effectively communicate issues, concerns and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to personnel with varying degrees of knowledge required
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

 Preferred Skills

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience establishing and maintaining small businesses preferred
• Administrative, financial, or clerical experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
