OBJECTIVE:
L&R Distributors is looking for a Business Analyst to work with our SaaS based Marketing Tech Stack and our fast-paced, entrepreneurial, emerging eCommerce Platform Team. This is a chance to get in early and deliver extreme value as L&R has aggressive plans for expanding its eCommerce presence in both B2C and B2B. This role will report to the CIO/CTO and matrix report to the Director of Technology Operations for eCommerce.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for various aspects of the people, process, and technology, by driving the technical product roadmap implementation. The Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing our desired tech stack, architecting changes to the same, and researching additional tools to drive our agenda. You will work closely with the eCommerce platform team to assist in defining processes and documenting requirements for changes to the tech stack, which you will then implement.
Ongoing, you will manage and drive continuous improvement of our systems, data & analytics capabilities extending its effectiveness to deliver the best customer experience. Within this function, you will collaborate closely with the various teams to deliver a unified marketing technology stack, with a specific focus on maximizing eCommerce ROI.
SALARY: Up to 125K Annually
LOCATION: Fully Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary liaison for marketing identified technologies
- Drive alignment with architecture and tech leads to deliver high-quality data pipelines and monitor key system KPIs and OKRs
- Document, oversee and manage projects to integrate various eCommerce technologies
- Provide detailed requirements and documentation (mapping) for integrations (process and technology)
- Maintain an architectural diagram of systems and interoperability
- Act as the sys admin to support the health and steady operation of the MarTech stack
- Research and evaluate technology and compatibility of additional systems to optimize and further accelerate the eCommerce business agenda
- Actively explore new tools to automate and increase the operational efficiency of marketing teams, and together with them, define and execute the MarTech strategy and roadmap
- Partner with the PowerBI analytics team to integrate and create models for data and data visualization
- Comfortable getting into deep technical discussions and can collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and marketing partners, and assess business & technical trade-offs
- Vendor management, system onboarding, architectural review, privacy and compliance audits
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years in a lead integration and analyst role
- BS Computer Science or related field desired
- Demonstrated experience with integration implementation as a project lead
- Preferred experience with several MarTech technologies such as: Shopify Plus, Sellercloud, Nozzle, Feedvisor, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (in English)
- Extremely organized
- Tech-savvy with a variety of organization tools and technologies
- Capable of drafting technical requirements, process mapping, and integration documentation
- Experience with integrating systems
- Capable of leading external technical partners to success
- Familiar with reporting tools and SQL
