Position Overview:As the Office Manager in our med spa, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by effectively managing the front desk operations and leading our upselling efforts. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a smooth workflow, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell med spa services to clients.
Develop and implement upselling strategies to increase revenue.
Track sales metrics and performance to achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure clients are aware of all available services and promotions.

Front Desk Management:Oversee the front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, check-in, and check-out procedures.
Manage client records, including intake forms, consent forms, and medical histories.
Supervise receptionists and support staff, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Team Collaboration:Collaborate with the spa's medical and aesthetic professionals to provide accurate information to clients about treatments and procedures.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers effectively.

Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels for retail products and ensure adequate stock levels.
Coordinate product ordering and restocking as needed.

Financial Administration:Assist in financial tasks such as cash handling, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a med spa or a similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of med spa treatments and procedures (preferred but not required).
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals.
