We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Earthwork and Concrete Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to effectively manage resources and timelines.

- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of milestones
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, making adjustments as needed
- Lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Ensure project quality by conducting regular reviews and implementing quality assurance measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

- Proven experience in project management, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
