```Job Summary:```

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Earthwork and Concrete Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to effectively manage resources and timelines.

```Responsibilities:```

- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives

- Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of milestones

- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, making adjustments as needed

- Lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns

- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact

- Ensure project quality by conducting regular reviews and implementing quality assurance measures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

- Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

- Proven experience in project management, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Experience in quality management processes and techniques

- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Google spreadsheets and similar software

- Demonstrated ability in supervising cross-functional teams

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects forward and make informed decisions

- Experience in scope management, ensuring projects stay within defined boundaries

- Familiarity with project portfolio management principles

- Excellent negotiation skills for managing contracts and vendor relationships
