```Duties:```
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper temperature and baking time
- Decorate and finish baked goods with icing, glazes, and toppings
- Package finished products for display or sale
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working in a bakery or similar food industry preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills for interacting with customers and taking special orders
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating recipe quantities
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy bags of flour or other ingredients
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
