Krannich Solar West LLC is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative - Phoenix, AZ Near Phoenix, AZ

As an Outside Sales Representative at Krannich Solar, you serve as the vital link between our customers and the inside sales team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Your main role is to find new business opportunities in your assigned area and maintain strong connections with current clients. With your sales experience in the solar, distribution, or wholesale sector, you know how to exceed goals and achieve success.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities (B2B) within your assigned area.
  • Working closely with our inside sales support team in Oceanside, CA and the CEO, you will monitor retention and manage customer satisfaction of your growing client base.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Make the most of our CRM system to meet activity and forecasting goals.
  • Meet regularly with key accounts, planning ahead for the next 2-3 quarters.
  • Provide forecasting data to help with purchasing decisions for client growth.
  • Stay updated on product advancements, industry news, and local trends.
  • Build positive relationships with our vendor partners.
  • Consistently meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Maintain good relationships with colleagues in different departments.
  • To ensure the best product knowledge, you'll undergo training at our Oceanside office in California as part of your onboarding process, which typically lasts approximately 2 weeks.

  • Experienced in B2B Sales (specializing in solar, distribution, or wholesale sectors).
  • Flourishes in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with an upbeat and energetic demeanor.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage client portfolios exceeding $1 million in monthly turnover.
  • Proficient in pioneering business ventures and establishing a robust presence in uncharted territories.
  • Preferably equipped with a solid understanding of the solar industry, its products, and market dynamics.
  • Thrives as an enthusiastic team player with a relentless drive for success.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a given.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Dependable and adaptable, committed to seeing tasks through completion.
  • Strategic and exactly organized, eagerly anticipating the opportunity to set records and push territory growth!

WE ARE OFFERING:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
