KPMG is currently seeking a Director Organization Change Management to join our Tax organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the change management strategy, ensuring alignment with the organizational vision and goals of the respective initiatives

Grow and implement communication and engagement strategies to support organizational change across the entire Value Creation Initiative portfolio

Collaborate with program managers, program sponsors, and other key stakeholders to identify change needs, identify and mitigate potential risks and evaluate key performance indicators; plan, manage and execute the change process, including impact analysis, stakeholder assessment, communication planning, and training delivery

Liaise with program teams and tax communication to draft and edit communications, as well as execute on all elements of communication

Define and establish best practices, standards and a governance as it relates to change management for Tax

Act as a change management expert, providing direction, coaching, and feedback to key stakeholders across Tax; facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit feedback and support for change initiatives

Qualifications:

Minimum ten years of recent experience in business operations, change management, or program management in a professional services environment; related skills such as management consulting, organizational development, process improvement, Tax, and/or strategy are a plus

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Demonstrated experience working with and influencing diverse stakeholders, including executives, department leaders, and frontline professionals, to shape and communicate change initiatives and goals

Comfortable with complexity and finding a new path or solution to problem solve, coupled with strong business acumen, and strategic thinking with analytical and decision-making skills

Excellent writing, presentation, communication, meeting facilitation skills, and the ability to work effectively with program team members, program sponsors, functional leads, and senior management; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams and Outlook required

Demonstrated ability to execute and successfully achieve objectives in an ambiguous, dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines, and experience working in a complex, matrixed and diverse cross-culture environment

Willing and able to travel- 10%; individual should be comfortable with travel as needed
