We are Hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician!

This position requires someone with mechanical aptitude and the ability to connect with our customers, has a genuine desire to help others and educate customers on repairs and products available to fit their needs. This is an entry level service position with company paid training, career growth opportunities, and a spiff/bonus program!

What you will be doing:

• Maintenance and tune ups on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Providing excellent customer service
• Educating customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance and Indoor Air Quality products and Serices.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
• 6 months of experience or combination of education and experience
• Mechanical skills / aptitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Universal EPA Certification or acquire within 6 months of employment
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills
• Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance with customers
• Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes Company paid
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely & follow all safety rules
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Pass background check & drug screen
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC technical school desired

Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician

Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

Pay Scale: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience Spiffs
