This is a service plumbing position and will oversee and train a helper while conducting residential service and plumbing installations. Potential annual earnings $100K

Job Title: Lead Residential Plumber

Work hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime

Pay Range: Up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience Spiffs. Earning potential $100K

What you will be doing:

• The Residential Plumber is responsible for the major installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems.
• Work involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment.
• Routine maintenance, service, and repair work or performed independently
• Training/supervising apprentices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass Background check & Drug Screen
• Current valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 4 years' experience in residential plumbing
• Journeyman Plumbers License or ready to take Journeyman plumbing license
• Experience training and supervise others
• Experienced using tools of the trade including but not limited to; plumbing snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels and screwdrivers.
• Experience with both service and installation plumbing
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company
• Ability to handle the physical workload and perform physical labor for extended periods of time.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Willing to work in all types of weather
