Qualifications & Skill:

• Food & Beverage with emphasis on dairy experience preferred

• Proven technical and mechanical aptitude

· Process engineering knowledge is a bonus

· Experience working directly with customers in a business-to-business sales or

· customer service role

• Must have a positive, customer-centric attitude and strong customer service skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence

• Must possess good problem solving skills and be detail-oriented and highly organized

· with excellent time management skills.

• Must be a reliable, highly motivated, results oriented self-starter

• Must have valid Wisconsin Driver license with satisfactory driving record required

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicating with assigned customers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed. Be main point of contact for companies for best service

• Building strong customer relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers

• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests

• Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the customer’s desires

• Acting as the customer’s representative to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience

• Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs

• Travel to customer sites for visits 25-50%

• Do selective quoting to key accounts

• Provide project updates, timelines and onsite representation for startup/troubleshooting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,597.21 - $80,545.41 per year
