What to expect:

• Once you complete and apply what you learn your earnings potential will be $100,000 or more

Duties include:

• Conducts all assigned aspects of the sales process (e.g., meet and greet, needs assessment, vehicle selection and demonstration, introduction to the Service Department, delivery), and brings the Sales Manager into that process early on in the interaction. Partners with the Sales Manager to complete the write-up and negotiation steps of the sales process
• Fully utilizes the dealerships’ CRM tools (e.g., VIN Solutions software) to track daily activity, perform prospecting, set appointments, conduct sold and un-sold customer follow-up, etc. Uses the CRM system to document ongoing customer contacts, activities, and information; while maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM information.
• Possess all expected factory certifications applicable to the position, and maintains a strong level of product knowledge of applicable vehicles across new and preowned brands, and an understanding of related maintenance/repair services.
• Consistently demonstrates healthy competition among sales team members in support of the assigned team producing expected sales volumes, gross profit contribution, and service quality results.
• Ensures that all assigned inventory is effectively displayed and merchandised (in showroom and on display lots), and supports vehicle merchandising with applicable vehicle information for the Internet and other advertising. Keeps vehicles clean, orderly, and with specials/hang tags kept current. Monitors vehicle inventory for damage (scratches, dents, glass cracks, etc.) or performance problems.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to learn software programs used by the dealership
• Must have a valid driver's License and an acceptable driving record
• Must achieve and maintain required factory certifications after hire

Pay: $42,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
