• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to incoming customer inquiries via email.

• Experience: Proven working experience in a professional office.
• Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Communication: Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
