Job Description - Sales Specialist

Kogel Bearings is seeking a full-time sales specialist to support our mission of helping cyclists go faster with less effort.

Your Day to Day Responsibilities

The Kogel Bearings sales specialist role is a critical part of our process. In this role, you will be responsible for:

● Outbound follow-up with consumers post purchase

● Developing new relationships with US-based retailers via phone and local in-person visits

● Proactively engaging in outbound social media interaction and converting inquiries into sales

● Converting website live-chat inquiries into orders

● Converting inbound calls into orders

● Growing orders with established US-based retailers (local bike shops/independent bicycle dealers)

● Managing and tagging all orders correctly in our CRM tool and order management system

● Understanding nuances of our entire product line and helping online shoppers and retailers order the correct products

This is a base commission position offering opportunities to develop professionally, and demonstrate what you can achieve. Kogel Bearings is small enough that your actions will directly drive Kogel's success.

Kogel Bearings offers an employer-matched 401k program available after 90 days of employment.

Pay: base commission on every sale without cap, Expected target starting compensation $50,000 for meeting targets.
