Role Purpose
Lead brand consistency and delivery excellence through managing the brand standards governance and publication process.
Key Accountabilities
The Manager, Brand Consistency & Delivery Excellence has responsibility for brand integrity as well as to drive consistency and excellence in hotels through partnering with standard owners to ensure the right brand standards are put in place and measured
Brand Standards – Manage the Standards to deliver the Build and Operate manuals for all brands in the responsible region(s). Specific areas include:
Waivers – Manage the wavier review and approval process for the responsible region(s).
Projects – May be asked to manage ad hoc projects as needed. Examples

This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong interest in brand management and hotel operations. It requires the ability to work across all brands, hotels and functions internally, as well as with several key stakeholders. Strong attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing. Additionally:
