POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Brand Manager with a strategic and creative marketing background to help deliver breakthrough marketing solutions driving business and client base growth. The ultimate strategist will be a self-starter. They will form a deep understanding of our products/services, audience, competitors, and points of difference to craft our vision and approach to storytelling. They will be a dot-connector working to seek out business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional partners to build inspiring new campaigns and programs.
The ideal candidate would be able to join us at our Atlanta headquarters three days per week (Tues-Thurs).
Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Calendar Management : Collaborate in the creation of the Marketing Calendar identifying promotional opportunities with new and existing service lanes, as well as tying our marketing efforts to culturally or industry relevant pulses.
  • Integrated Marketing Communications: Executes Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategies from ideation through creative development and execution in close partnership with Creative, Ops, Studios and Growth.
  • Field Activation Planning, Execution & Support: Build and execute 1:1 field programs to build the OVME brand at a local level across 29 studios to bring in new clients. Support studios on an on-going basis for special events as needed.
  • Campaign Launch Optimization: Understand performance, crystalize learnings, optimize in-market creative and future briefs to improve the success of future brand activity. Support development and implementation of best practices and processes across teams.
  • Creative Brief Building: Develop compelling briefs that succinctly articulate key objectives and success criteria for creative, influencer, PR and social partners to action.
  • Project Management Ownership : Owner of key timelines with internal and external partners to ensure on-time execution.
