Business Development Representative
Hours: Salaried, Full-time
Location: KO Headquarters
Compensation: $40-60K plus Commission

Day in the Life
- Build relationships and work with new and existing clients
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Proactively identify, engage, and reach out to prospective clients
- Work with construction team to hand off projects, leads, and customers
- Document sales leads and forecasts within CRM software
- Provide weekly updates on new business, activities, and KPI’s
- Support marketing strategies
- Attend tradeshows, events, and in-person opportunities to grow business
- Interact with organizations, councils, and groups as company stakeholder
Who you are
- 3 years practical experience in construction and business development
- Excellent communication and relational skills
- Technical experience related to construction preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, construction, or equivalent training and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office, CRM softwares
- Driver’s license
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Some travel required
