Knox Area Rescue Ministries is Hiring a Retail team lead Near Morristown, TN
This position is a FULL TIME RETAIL TEAM LEAD and is responsible for leading the retail team.
- This pay range starts at $18.00 hourly and upwards of $22.00 hourly, depending on experience.
- This position will work directly with a Senior Store Manager on a daily basis to help with meeting and addressing department goals and is directly responsible for leading the retail team.

The essential functions of a Retail Team Lead are as follows :
Leads Retail Team under the guidance of the Senior Store Manager
Assists the retail management team, in the building of the team, by being an example of revealing Christ to all staff, donors, and customers.
Assists the retail management team in the retail operations of the store, including the handling of cash and credit card payments, non-cash purchases, voids and refunds, in order to ensure the accuracy and security of all transactions.
Works the retail management team, to establish and maintain customer service standards in order to ensure compliance with the company mission statement and to provide a pleasant shopping experience for each customer.
Works with the retail management team, to train new employees in order to ensure the employees have all essential training needed to be successful in their position.
Assists store staff, in stocking store shelves and clothing racks, in order to provide customers with maximum shopping opportunities.
Assists store staff in setting up or changing store displays in order to provide a pleasant shopping environment and to entice customers to shop new areas or items within the store.
