Summary/PurposeResponsible for leading their team in performing machine repair, improvements and preventative maintenance. Provides support to manufacturing and die cast in producing high quality finished goods that meet or exceed our customer’s specification. They are responsible for maintaining 5S in their area; scheduling manpower; safety; quality; meeting targets; record keeping; time keeping; verifying all PM’s are completed; filling in for Maintenance Specialists; communicating with the supervisor and other shifts; attending daily FMDS meetings; conducting team meetings; creating and maintaining job elements and monitoring standard work.
