• Production of daily operational deliverables (daily trade, position and cash reconciliations) in line with service level agreements for diverse hedge fund client base• Exhibit solid understanding of both listed & OTC financial products and associated life-cycle events and cash flows• Identification of trade and position related breaks working towards timely resolution with client and brokers• Working internally with P&L, Risk and Fund Accounting departments to resolve any NAV impacting issues• Set up of OTC instruments verifying key economic details versus electronic and long form confirmations• Assisting in new client onboarding via cross-training external counterparts on technology and processes• Ensure accurate tracking of client deliverables measuring metrics against agreed upon SLAs • Actively participate in Month-End sign off and NAV closing process• Work with team members, including departmental management, to streamline processes via ad-hoc projects and other initiatives• Achieve proficiency with proprietary technology and exhibit “big picture” understanding of overall system workflow• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic environment
