We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the facility, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention or improvement
- Respond to guest requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records and documentation related to housekeeping activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning products and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
