We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies and strong ways to get our new company name here in central florida out to contractors and Buisness owners. We are a Kitchen and Bathroom vanity cabinet supplier looking for someone to join our sales and marketing team. We offer a very competitive base salary to go alongside with commission.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals

- Help the sales team to meet and bring in new clients.

- Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships

- Present current samples and company website to potential clients

- Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns

- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions

**Requirements:**

- Any kind of experience in Marketing or Social media marketing to raise brand exposure.

- Strong sales skills in meeting clients and bringing in new accounts.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications or CRM.

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships

- Previous experience in outside sales or any interior design experience.
