Medical Marketing Sales Representative - Regenerative Medicine & Pain Management

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Marketing Sales Representative.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and engage with potential patients who may benefit from our regenerative medicine and pain management services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective patients, understanding their needs and educating them on the benefits of our treatments.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the in-house call center to schedule appointments and ensure a smooth patient experience.
2. CRM Platform Management:
- Oversee and manage our CRM platform to optimize patient relationship management and enhance upselling opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient data, track interactions, and maintain data integrity.
- Utilize CRM insights to identify potential upselling opportunities based on patients' individual needs and preferences.
3. Collaboration with Marketing Company:
- Work closely with our external marketing company to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns effectively.
- Provide valuable insights to the marketing team on patient preferences and feedback to tailor marketing strategies.
4. Patient Upselling and Retention:
- Manage existing patient relationships, ensuring they receive excellent care and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Identify upselling opportunities for patients based on their treatment plans and individual needs.
- Implement strategies to enhance patient retention and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related fields.
- Proven success in medical sales, preferably within the regenerative medicine or pain management space.
- Experience in managing CRM platforms and leveraging them to drive sales and patient engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of regenerative medicine and pain management treatments is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and the in-house call center.
