Responsibilities

• Friendly interactions with the guests and co workers
• Organized and able to work at a high volume level
• Prepping fish, maki, sides, sets of miso, edamame, and other ingredients / dishes to be used in service
• Creating new dishes or preparations for the often-changing menu
• Sushi prep : set up sushi bar, take direction from head chef

Job description

• Making sushi / maki daily in front of high-profile guests, delivery, and take-out.

The pay Rate is based on experience and falls within industry standards.
