This is what we'd like you to do :
The primary function of the business development officer is outside sales and fulfillment. They are to cultivate relationships with businesses to bring the employees of the business to the credit union and to deepen existing member relationships.
Enhances and maintains the Credit Union's professional image. Recruits new member companies and maximize Field-of-Membership (FOM) participation with the Credit Union.
Continually develops relationships with members, member companies and communities. Ensures accurate, prompt service is provided to both internal and external members while building and strengthening relationships.
Consistently exceed internal and external member expectations. Ensures that professional business relations exist with member companies and that their needs are met.
