Job Description:

Responsible for performing a range of financial & clerical tasks related to both the accounts payable & payroll accounting functions. Understand & perform all phases of both functions. Review, reconcile, and pay all the company’s bills & payrolls efficiently, on a timely basis.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent – a plus

• Two (2) or more years of accounts payable / payroll experience

• Past work experience in a service business industry with multi-states and multi-locations footprint - a plus

• Work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization

• The ability to work within a team environment, the ability to work independently and the ability to follow through on assignments

• Self-motivated, efficient with analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to multi-task and have excellent time management skills
