Key Responsibilities: As a Help Desk Assistant at Kingston Healthcare, you will perform a number of tasks including delivery of desktops, laptops, phones, and tablets to our users. Work will be performed in-person at our Toledo, Ohio location as well as in our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Work directly with users in Kingston facilities to connect and set up new equipment.
• Perform active directory and Office 365 account management.
• Provide IT support as a member of the IT help desk staff.
• Configure devices (phones, tablets, laptops).
• Deploy new devices to end users in multiple healthcare facilities.
• Provide general support related to all Kingston devices.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

• Prefer candidates who are passionate about technology and can provide awesome customer service.
• Prefer nerds who are constantly concerned with the speed of their gaming computer.
• Proficiency with configuring Windows and iOS.
• Experience supporting a wide range of users at different levels of proficiency with technology is highly desirable.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work After Hours/On Call as needed.
