We’re looking for a real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Compensation:$80,000 - $130,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers
- Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
- Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
- Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email
- Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent

Qualifications:
- Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car
- Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills
- One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry
- Applicants must have a real estate license
- Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Commission opportunity
