Kimley-Horn is looking for a dynamic and energetic Benefits Manager based in our Raleigh, NC office. NOT REMOTE This role will manage the firm's employee benefit program.
The Benefits Manager will be responsible for managing the company's employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and employee relocations. The Benefits Manager will supervise a team of benefits staff administering the benefit programs as well as leave of absence, disability, and ADA accommodations. The manager will work closely with company leadership to review and recommend enhancements to programs.
