****Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.****** Kimco’s Corporate Tax Group seeking an experienced Tax Manager to be responsible for tax planning, tax compliance and entity management for our publicly-traded REIT and its subsidiaries and joint ventures.
The tax manager will participate in review of REIT and partnership tax returns, REIT tests, tax planning and research, and other administrative tasks. Growth potential leading to leadership position.
The right candidate will have prior REIT and Partnership experience, an understanding of GAAP accounting (including deferred taxes), experience with partnership allocations/basis issues, an understanding (or knowledge) of REIT testing and guidelines, regulations, policies/procedures.
