Kids R Kids is growing and adding to our talented team. We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Front Desk Manager.
Has at least 2 years experience in a licensed childcare center with more than 100 children. Punctuality and flexibility are a plus. Schedules and manages staff to maintain high levels of learning and motivation. Manages technology and social media according to state laws and state licensing regulations. Knowledge of Childcare licensing rules and regulations. Communicate appropriately with parents, staff, and children regularly while respecting their confidentially. Ensure the facility is a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children to learn in compliance with Texas licensing standards and Texas Rising Star quality standards.
