Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada (KSOSN) provides comprehensive kidney care and a full spectrum of kidney disease management resources for residents of Southern Nevada. Our care team educates and empowers patients who are living with kidney pain, infections, stones, and other kidney problems. With this exciting opportunity you will be joining a seasoned team of 50 Physicians and Advanced Practitioners, as well as 70 team members across eight office locations. We are looking for a dynamic fulltime Patient Representative to join our growing team. We have multiple locations throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson area.
This position will work a 9/4 schedule. Work schedule will be Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 5pm OR 8am to 5:30pm and Friday 8am to 12 noon. For more information you can go to our website at www.ksosn.com. Starting pays ranges from $16- $18.
Position Summary
The Patient Representative performs all essential Front Office duties. This position is responsible for keeping work areas clean and organized, as well as ensuring the office provides a welcoming environment for patients. In addition, this position will cross train in all the Front Office positions.
