KH Properties specializes in the renovation and management of multifamily apartment communities throughout the Midwest and Southeastern US. We are driven to enhance the lives of families, employees, and communities by breathing life back into neglected and often mis-managed properties which need significant capital renovations.

Job Description

  • Ensure property is rented to fullest capacity thorough applicant processing and adherence to selection criteria to secure the best potential tenants.
  • Ensure that all rents and late fees, and other charges are collected, posted, and are within budgeted amounts
  • Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and (i.e., Leases, rent rolls, delinquency reports,move-in/move-outs, etc.).
  • Maintain community appearance and ensure repairs are noted and completed on a timely basis.
  • Address resident concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction with management and the property. Make every effort to listen, understand, and respond to their needs as you would want for yourself.
  • Assure rental units are turned in a quality and timely manner.
  • File evictions in accordance with State and Company guidelines.
  • Provide constant vendor/contractor communications concerning scheduling, completion, billing, vendor relations and certificates of insurance.
  • Ensure payroll is accurate and submit to the HR Department for all staff on property.
  • Ensure that Accounts Payable (A/P) invoices are submitted to the A/P office for payment in a comprehensive and timely manner.

  • We own multiple properties within the St. Louis Metropolitan area and work may shift within those locations.
  • Experience preferred, but not required, we’ll teach the right person if they have a good work ethic and attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and have flexibility in daily tasks.
  • Communication within your team and the company as a whole to foster the best possible product for our residents.
  • Ability to keep a good attitude and redirect negative team members.
  • Ability to learn company programs/apps on smart devices and computers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $5,0000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
