Kforce's client, a well-established and growing service-based company on the Southeast side of Grand Rapids, MI near the airport is looking to add a part-time Receptionist to their team.

The candidate will work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays.Duties :

• Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by performing various duties
• Greeting and assisting clients and vendors
• Ordering and Stocking
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment
• As a Receptionist, you will assist accounting staff with clerical duties
• Shipping and limited courier assistance
• Coordinating maintenance work
• Ordering lunches and providing support for on-site meetings
• Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by the firm's accounting department, human resources and / or management team
• Experience providing administrative assistance and customer service
• Organizational, communication and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and under supervision
• Physical ability to routinely lift / move files, supply boxes, etc.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
