RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a short-term Visual Designer 1 to revitalize and produce a new visual identity for our organization.
Summary:
This role is pivotal in shaping a platform for our operations and cohesive visual identity that resonates across our diverse teams in the Americas, India, and China, including engineering, PM, and design. The objective is to cultivate a vibrant, trusted people-first aesthetic that motivates our teams to embrace and act on our shared values and our unified vision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact the visual and functional aspects of how we operate, enhancing the way we connect and communicate within our global teams.
Responsibilities:
* Visual Designer 1 will collaborate with executive office and design leads on aligning visual expression with organizational objectives
* Elevate our visual design identity inclusive of logos, color schemes, fonts, icons, and images
* Create templates for various communications such as PowerPoint, newsletters, and storytelling templates
* Monitor, evaluate, and report on the engagement and effectiveness of implemented designs and strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience with Company's design frameworks and brand systems
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and SharePoint solutions
* Expert in using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other design software and tools
* Knowledgeable of web design standards, best practices, and accessibility guidelines
* Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
* Creative, innovative, and attentive to details; Agile worker able to meet tight deadlines
* Fluent in English, with high competency in both written and verbal communication
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
