You will help to shape the design vision and strategy while driving the execution of our consumer-facing products. The Digital Designer will be responsible for aligning marketing and product strategies on the conceptualization and implementation of design solutions. You will need to have a strong sense of the brand and a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translating requirements into design. What you’ll do: Design emails, landing pages, and product pages.Translate product positioning, existing research, and marketing strategies into effective designs.Create assets that adhere to the overall visual and brand direction.Translate marketing objectives into clear creative. Be capable of effectively troubleshooting and Q/A the work.Develop concepts for special events.Work on projects from conception to completion by deadlines. Who we’re looking for:7 years of professional design experienceProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)Experienced in executing design best practices across media channels.A solid understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScriptHas strong typography skills.Comfortable presenting your designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.Stays on top of current design trends.Illustration skills preferred.You are very organized and work efficiently and independently but as part of a larger team.Thrives in a start-up environment. Pay & Benefits:The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package.
