RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior System Administrator on a contract basis in Pittsburgh, PA.
Summary:
The Senior System Administrator will be tasked with establishing and administering security, monitoring, and optimizing performance, and installing, configuring, and administering Exchange software. The candidate will also be responsible for working within cross-functional teams to implement and administer cloud platform solutions using automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have 3 years of experience working with information technology, with a strong background in Windows system administration
* Must have a strong understanding of Windows Security to assist in vulnerability remediation
* Must have strong troubleshooting skills
* Must have strong written and verbal communication
* Experience with evaluating and patching servers is required
* Windows 2019 and 2022 experience
* Must be able to install, configure, and administer the operating system, mail system, peripheral devices, and networking protocols
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
