The ServiceNow System Administrator will be responsible for the daily management, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow environment. This role involves working closely with IT and business teams to develop, configure, and fine-tune ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet our business needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to enhancing user experience and business processes through technology.
Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including incident, problem, change, service catalog, knowledge, and service portal modules.
Implement system enhancements that will improve the functionality and reliability of the system for end-users.
Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and service records.
Develop, test, and deploy custom applications, scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow.
Monitor the health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform, conducting regular audits and performance optimizations.
Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and resolving complex issues.
Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and updates, advising on best practices and technology trends.
Lead the training and development of users and junior administrators to ensure effective use of ServiceNow.
